I was recently introduced to the yummy concept of infused water. If you are like me, sometimes you need a little flavor to get in the required daily intake of water. I mean I like water and all but sometimes you just need a little something extra for encouragement. I will say that since I have been introduced to the concept of infusing water, the amount of water that I have drunk has increased by huge quantities. Not only is it better for you, but I was also amazed at how much better I felt. I will admit that I am a Mt. Dew addict. There have been days that I have been known to drink a whole 2 liter by myself. But this year I decided this would be the year that I finally got healthy. I leave infused water in the fridge in a pitcher with an infuser ball in it. I fill it with limes and lemons and the water has a citrus flavor to it. Have tried with other fruits too. Your right, a nice change from plain water. Commenting from Home Matters.
