Have You Ever Done The Migraine Diet?

This past week I found a new way to lose weight. It is not by far the easiest way or not the most appetizing. It is called the Migraine Diet. Basically it consists of waking up at 3 in the morning with a raging headache, thinking okay some pain medicine will make this go away and then I will be able to go back to sleep. Only to be fooled an hour later when you still haven’t slept and your headache is worse than ever. Then comes the migraine’s friend, Ms. Nausea. Because Ms. Nausea does not  come to any party alone she brings Mr. Throw Up Your Guts. Yep folks from 4 am to 6:30 you huddle on the bathroom floor praying these friends would leave but nope they decide the party is not over. Mr. Throw Up Your Guts has made friends with Mr. Trashcan and they have meeting in ways unheard of I know you don’t want to hear of. They take great pleasure in tormenting you past the point of no return. You continue to hope that they will leave. Finally around noon, Mr. Throw Up Your Guts has decided to leave because Mr. Trashcan decides that he longer will accept what Mr. Throw Up Your Guts is offering. However Ms. Nausea and her friend, Migraine still linger till about dinnertime. Thankfully they finally decide to leave and they take six pounds with them. So folks, that is called the Migraine Diet. It is not something I would totally recommend for you to do. But I guess when I stated that I wanted to lose some weight as part of my goals this year, the Migraine diet decided to oblige me.

Seriously, I tried everything to get rid of that migraine but nothing seemed to help. I had not had one of those in a long time. So tell me have you ever done the Migraine diet – if so what remedies worked for you?
