Speaking of boosting your immune system, a fun and delicious way to reap the benefits of ALOHA’s Protect Tea is with a refreshing, tea-based fruit smoothie that will help keep you healthy and tastes amazing. Here’s the recipe for a Grapefruit Raspberry Immuni-Tea Smoothie, courtesy of ALOHA:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed ALOHA Protect Tea
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rasberries
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ALOHA Coconut
  • 1 pack ALOHA Daily Good Berry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Brew the ALOHA Protect Tea for ten minutes in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Remove the tea bag. You should have about a cup of tea after it cools down a bit. Add the tea into a blender with the peeled and seeded grapefruit. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Remember that grapefruit is naturally tart, so if you want something a little sweeter, add another 1/2 cup of raspberries or additional ALOHA Coconut.
