Try the Tuft & Needle 100 Night Sleep Trial

I’m of the belief that you’ve got to spend more than a few minutes on a mattress to know if it’s right for you. This is why I think the whole idea of going into a mattress store and laying on a bunch of different mattresses is a rather odd way of selecting an expensive piece of furniture that you’re going to sleep on practically every night for the next few years! There’s only one company that I’ve found that completely agrees with me on this and offers their customers a different mattress try-it-out experience—Tuft & Needle.
What they offer their customers is incredibly cool and the epitome of phenomenal customer service. Here’s what they do. When you purchase a mattress from them, you get a 100 night Sleep Trial. This means that you get to sleep on their Tuft & Needle mattress for 100 nights.
At the very least, Tuft & Needle recommends trying out their mattress for at least 1-2 weeks before initiating a return because it can take a little bit of time for the mattress to break in and for you to become acclimated to it. But after that, if for whatever reason you don’t like the mattress, Tuft & Needle will take it back — with no questions asked. Although, they do really appreciate feedback in order to continuously improve.
It’s important to note that the100 night sleep trial applies to orders purchased directly through Tuft & Needle’s website. Any orders placed through Amazon will have a 30 night sleep trial (which is still pretty incredible!).
Here’s the other thing that I was blown away by. Tuft & Needle works with their customers to find a local charity or non-profit to donate their used mattresses to (i.e. the one you slept on during your 100 night sleep trial). Then, once the mattress is donated and you send Tuft & Needle a scanned or photographed copy of your donation receipt via email, they’ll process the refund in full. If it’s not possible to find a donation location, then Tuft & Needle will coordinate with a 3rd party pick-up service free of charge.
Say goodnight to buying an over-priced mattress from a store that makes it a nightmare to return an uncomfortable mattress, and say hello to getting 100 nights of great sleep on a Tuft & Needle mattress.
