New technology gives guests easy access to ticket purchases, ride wait times, show schedules and more.
Carowinds has launched an all-new mobile application that puts guests in the driver’s seat. The new app has features to help park goers plan and manage their day.
Guests can:
- View a LIVE interactive map of the park
- Access up-to-date ride wait times,show schedules and events, and attraction information
- View and download in-park photos
- Upload Season Passes
- Purchase: Admission tickets, dining plans, Fast Lane and other products
- Use Car Finder to mark and remember parking spots
- Receive special offers and in-park discounts
Carowinds mobile app is designed to make a day at the park even more enjoyable by offering exciting new enhancements that deliver a personalized and interactive experience. It’s available for iPhone and Android devices and can be downloaded for free from the Apple or Google Play app stores.
In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi was recently installed and is available throughout the park. To connect, guests should select “Carowinds_Guest” on their mobile device.
